Vet Compliance HQ sells digital educational products — templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and related materials — for U.S. veterinary practices. All products are delivered electronically.

When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it within a single veterinary practice. You may customize the materials for that practice's own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the materials, in whole or in part.

5. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed on the site, and payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a product is not as described, or you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us at support@vetcompliancehq.com and we will work to make it right.
6. Updates
Where a product is described as including updates for a stated period, we will provide updated materials to purchasers during that period as guidance changes. We may otherwise revise our products and content at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Compliance HQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
